From time to time, we come across teams in the industry who approach cladding remediation much like we do. Focused on making real progress, taking responsibility, and keeping the client and their building's safety at the centre of every decision.

When we first began working with the DALA Projects team, it quickly became clear that there was a natural alignment. Their hands-on experience in project delivery and deep regulatory knowledge matched our own, creating an opportunity to do something rarely offered in remediation.

Both teams recognised that when facing such a high-risk, complex process, clients are often left juggling multiple consultants, evolving regulations and funding applications themselves. All too often, this is done without the support or experience needed to navigate these projects with confidence. By combining our skills and years of remediation experience, we saw an opportunity to step in and provide a coordinated, more supportive approach.

That's why we're now pleased to formally announce our partnership.

While the Archway FM team will continue to lead as client representative, managing and coordinating all funding applications and keeping on top of client communications throughout the remediation journey. DALA Projects will support with delivery on site, ensuring delivery meets the highest technical standards and helping us keep projects progressing in line with our targets.
