The Problem: The clients required clear, reliable information on the external wall system to understand the fire safety risks and determine next steps. Progress depended on accurate surveys, access coordination, and technical reporting to inform future decision-making.

Our Role: We were asked to support the early stages of the remediation process, delivering essential surveys and technical reporting (like the PAS 9980) to establish a clear baseline for the building and help establish a plan for the remediation project.

Outcome: The client received a clear, compliant assessment of the building’s external wall system, providing the technical clarity needed to understand the risk, meet regulatory expectations, and plan next steps with confidence.

As a direct result of this early-stage work, the client was able to complete remediation works within the following 12 months of Archway FM’s involvement, ultimately achieving a completed EWS1 certification and restoring confidence in the building’s safety.
