Client: Leaseholder Right to Manage (RTM) Company

Completed: December 2025

Funding: £12.4 million - Fully funded through the Building Safety Scheme, supported by the Greater London Authority. We also covered all initial costs ourselves, meaning the entire project came at zero cost to leaseholders.

Problem Faced: Leaseholders faced growing concerns around the safety and compliance of their building. As a leaseholder-led RTM company, responsibility for navigating the remediation process sat with residents. This brought added pressure: understanding complex fire safety requirements, coordinating multiple technical parties, and identifying a viable route to funding without any prior experience.

Our Role: After hearing about the work we do at Archway FM, we were soon appointed to act as their trusted partner, guiding the RTM through each stage of the remediation journey with expert care.

Our role included:

  • Managing the remediation process from early coordination right through to completion

  • Covering all the upfront project costs ourselves, while applying for government funding on behalf of our clients, ensuring the financial burden was removed from day one

  • Working closely with the RTM company to represent their interests, offering trusted guidance and reassurance drawn from our founder’s extensive experience in the industry

  • Coordinating fire engineers, designers, contractors, and consultants on the project

  • Overseeing all facade remediation works on site, updating our clients every step of the way

  • Ensuring each stage of the project was fully compliant with all Building Safety Scheme and GLA requirements

  • Guiding the project through to a safe, compliant outcome, personally delivering the completed EWS1 certificate to our clients upon completion

Outcome: All cladding issues were resolved and full compliance confirmed, bringing the remediation process to a clear and definitive conclusion. This allowed our clients to move forward with renewed confidence and peace of mind, knowing their building had been made safe and was fully future-proofed.
