Applications for government funding for buildings under 11 metres open from 17 August 2026 through the Cladding Safety Scheme (CSS). Eligibility isn't automatic just because a building falls under 11 metres. It depends on the outcome of a Fire Risk Appraisal of External Walls (FRAEW). Funding is prioritised for buildings where the FRAEW identifies unsafe cladding presenting a high, life-critical fire safety risk. Philip visits sites regularly, tracks progress, coordinates works, and attends RTM and RMC meetings where required. Progress updates, key documents, and meeting records are all provided as standard. You will always have clear, timely information at every stage, and direct access to Philip whenever you need it.

Compliance is central to everything we do. Archway FM ensures every stage meets the requirements of the Building Safety Act and relevant funding schemes, coordinating experienced specialists and overseeing the process through to final sign-off and a completed EWS1 certificate.
