In many cases, remediation works are fully funded through the Cladding Safety Scheme (CSS). Where a project is eligible, Archway FM manages the full funding process on your behalf and has a 100% success rate for eligible applications. 

To remove financial pressure from the outset, we will also cover any initial project costs while funding approvals are underway. Where a project qualifies, there will be zero cost to you.

Timescales vary depending on the building, survey requirements, and funding approvals. While each project is different, Archway FM manages the process proactively to maintain momentum and reduce delays, keeping clients informed of progress and expected timelines throughout.

At Archway FM, we work closely with freeholders, leaseholders, RTMs and RMCs, housing associations and managing agents across England and Wales. We also work closely with fire engineers, façade consultants, and construction partners as part of our professional team on each project.

That’s completely normal. Many of our clients come to us with little or no experience of cladding remediation. Our role is to guide you clearly through each stage, explain what’s required and why, and ensure you always understand what’s happening and what comes next.

Each of our clients works one-on-one with our Director, Philip Mallon MRICS. He acts as your single point of contact from initial assessment through to project completion. With Archway FM, you'll never be passed between teams or left unsure about where your project stands.

Philip visits sites regularly, tracks progress, coordinates works, and attends RTM and RMC meetings where required. Progress updates, key documents, and meeting records are all provided as standard. You will always have clear, timely information at every stage, and direct access to Philip whenever you need it.

Compliance is central to everything we do. Archway FM ensures every stage meets the requirements of the Building Safety Act and relevant funding schemes, coordinating experienced specialists and overseeing the process through to final sign-off and a completed EWS1 certificate.
