Meet Our Director

Philip Mallon MRICS

Philip is a chartered surveyor and cladding remediation specialist with over 20 years' experience in the construction industry. Since founding Archway FM, he has established himself as one of the sector's most experienced practitioners in navigating the Cladding Safety Scheme, working with Homes England to secure over £120 million in funding on behalf of clients across England and Wales.

Every client works with Philip directly, from initial consultation through to practical completion. It's an approach that clients consistently praise: a principal who remains personally involved and accessible at every stage, however complex the project becomes.

With extensive connections across the sector, Philip coordinates everything the process requires, from FRAEW assessments and contractor appointments to funding drawdowns and regulatory compliance. All while remaining the single point of contact for clients throughout.

    Acting as your Client Representative, our role is simple: to take the complexity off your plate and see the project through to a safe, compliant outcome.

  • Every project is delivered in line with the Building Safety Act 2022 and relevant funding scheme requirements. We coordinate all technical assessments, ensure the right specialists are appointed at every stage, and oversee the process through to final sign-off, so you can be confident the outcome is fully compliant.

  • For eligible buildings, cladding remediation is delivered at zero cost to clients. We even cover all initial project costs while funding approvals are underway, removing any financial uncertainty from the outset. To date, we have secured over £120 million through the Cladding Safety Scheme with a 100% success rate for eligible applications.

  • Throughout the entire process, you'll work personally with our director, Philip Mallon MRICS. You'll never be passed from person to person or left unsure who to call. Philip remains fully involved at every stage: attending meetings, overseeing works on site, and keeping you informed every step of the way.
