Meet Our Director

Philip Mallon MRICS

Philip is a chartered surveyor and cladding remediation specialist with over 20 years' experience in the construction industry. Since founding Archway FM, he has established himself as one of the sector's most experienced practitioners in navigating the Cladding Safety Scheme, working with Homes England to secure over £120 million in funding on behalf of clients across England and Wales.

Every client works with Philip directly, from initial consultation through to practical completion. It's an approach that clients consistently praise: a principal who remains personally involved and accessible at every stage, however complex the project becomes.

With extensive connections across the sector, Philip coordinates everything the process requires, from FRAEW assessments and contractor appointments to funding drawdowns and regulatory compliance. All while remaining the single point of contact for clients throughout.

Why Clients Choose Us

Our mission is simple: to deliver seamless, transparent, and expertly managed remediation projects that remove risks and give our clients confidence in the safety of their building.

What Our Clients Have to Say…

“It was a pleasure working with Archway FM. They helped us with the funding application process and the subsequent project management for the entire building’s cladding replacement. Philip is a consummate gentleman and openly shared the burden on our behalf.”

Andrew Cantwell (Representative of RTM Company, The Panoramic)

"Cladding remediation is notoriously complex, but Philip Mallon proved it doesn’t have to be. After struggling for years with the red tape of high-rise funding, Philip was a breath of fresh air. He guided us through a £20 million CSS application for four buildings with efficiency, charm, and absolute professionalism. The difference between our previous experience and working with Archway FM is night and day.

Philip is attentive, expert, and has our total confidence as we move toward making 180 homes safe again. We cannot recommend him highly enough."

Martin Brophy MBE (Lead Director of RTM Company, Grand Ocean)

“Working with Philip has been great. He responds very quickly, we have regular meetings, and he explains everything very well. Nothing is too much trouble. He has many contacts in the business of facade remediation, which we simply don't have, and the expertise to carry the project forward. We have every confidence in him. In my experience, it is rare to deal with a principal throughout a project, rather than being passed on to a junior member of the team, and this has been hugely beneficial.”
